2* Los Angeles Angels -115.  Weaver was impressive in his opening day start, and I look for him to hold the Rays winless for atleast another game this year.  He is 3-1 in his career against Tampa Bay, and his one loss came last year in a 7 inning, 12 k, 1 ER performance. In five starts he has a 2.45 era and a WHIP of just 1.  Niemann on the other hand, is probably not looking forward to his 2011 debut.  He has not fared well against the Angels: 1-2 with an ERA of 9.38 and a WHIP of 2!  Look for the Halos to beat up on this slow starting Rays squad.
